What Happens Next?

We will take all feedback received from this consultation into account as we prepare to finalise the new development proposal. It is our target to then formally submit a planning application to Durham County Council in April 2026.

 

Our planning application and associated documents will be made available on Durham County Council’s Public Access Portal. You will then have the opportunity to submit further comments on the submitted proposal whilst the application is being considered.
